Sunpass users...need help...
 

Used my sunpass for the first time from wildwood to the airport and back. Only showing $4.00 in tolls...

Is this right????

Think it missed one coming back. How long does it normally take to update?

Was just down there last week with round trip and it showed about 8 dollars in tolls for us. From Villages to airport and back.

Depending on the way that you go. My charge is $8.00 total per trip there and back.

Will give it till morning to see if all the tolls were taken then give them a call. I thought $4 was a little light and it was a mix of tolls from going down and back. I think I know where the missing tolls are now. Just waiting to see if they pull them or not. :(

Don't worry about it. Many times they don't pick up your transponder but get a picture of your plate. Their files show you are on the system and they will bill you. Now if you moved your transponder to another vehicle and have not registered that tag number with them then you will get a picture of you going thru the tole booth and a warning that you must pay or get fined. Don't ask me how I know this.

If you go to their web site it will tell you the date and time you went through each toll station. Then you can figure out if any are missing.

I bought a Sunpass sticker in February and went to the Orlando Airport, breezing through the toll booths. On the way out of the airport I noticed the signs over the first two booths were not "Sunpass". I went through anyway and have heard nothing since. Sunpass works in those booths near the airport too?

Both tolls EPass and Sunpass will work with your transponder in your front window.

Thanks everyone. The final tolls showed up today! My mother was freaking out about going through the epass lanes out by the airport and since those were two of the three missing tolls I was starting to worry. Even though I was told they work! Everything is good to go today...$8 off ticked off the sunpass as of noon today. Boy they're slow taking off the tolls.
