Any Good Doctors with NICE Staff????
 

My mother likes her doctor she just started seeing. But the nurses and staff are about the most rude and unfriendly of folks. This is something she's not used too. And I had to call back and bitch one out to get the information she needed one time already. I interviewed at another doctors office for a non medical position and noticed the same thing with incoming patients (was glad to walk out after that one).

So is it everywhere?? Or are their actually friendly staff and nurses out there?? She's not overally attached to the doctor (family/general practicianer). So would be willing to change to get a better overall when she goes into the office.

She's used to friendly front staff, nurses that care and competant doctors.

Hm...maybe there isnt.

Lady Lake Family Medicene just off Rolling Acres on north side of 466. They are great.

DITTO!!!!!!!!!!! You turn in using the same drive-way as the Continental Country Club then vere right! It's the low, white Southern looking building!!!

Leesburg Family Medicine had the worst staff I've ever dealt with. When I told them I was switching doctors for this very reason, this lady just smirked and said, FINE! I'm a very easy going person and give a lot of "leeway" but they were rude more than once. Changed to Dr. Clarissa Abrantes and love her staff as well as her!

Wow Wendy! That is awful! What did they do? Aren't they in that new Healthcare System that they are talking up in the Sun? Or is that someone else?

I know you don't quibble about little things and are easy to get along with.
