We are looking to add a sun room to our CV. If you have experience with this, good or bad, please let us know. Hoping you are happy with your finished room. We sure would like to be as well. Thank you for your candor. LOVE TV.

We are glad we added one (enclosed old screened area). We also added a large birdcage so we have the best of both worlds.

Enclosed lanai
 

We enclosed our lanai making it a four season room. We talked to several people and decided to go with Pierre Fortin of Fortin Construction and it was a great decision. He followed through with everything - gave us suggestions that no one else did and one of the best things was no port - a - potty in our front yard. The workers were on time, very courteous and good. After the project was done he wanted us to use it for a couple of weeks to see if there were any issues (there weren't) and we have a 1 year warranty on the work done. We have no complaints and would highly recommend him.

We have a ranch and enclosed our lanai with glass doors and screens. We brought our floor up to the level of our LR, took out the sliding glass door. We now have a Florida room with 9 ft of screen on one side and 6 feet of screen on the other side. We have tile throughout now. We used Blackburn Construction. It only took the whole project about three weeks from start to finish. Awesome job.
