New premier home section?
 

Any good rumors out there about a new premier home lot section? There are few premier home lots left, like 3 and not great locations. I have "heard" of a new section in village of Pinellas. Any ideas? Thanks

I would guess it will be fairly soon, the lots are showing on Sumter County's website - you can view them here Sumter County - Geographic Information System - zoom to area - it looks like it is Unit 226 - the south & west sides appear to be golf front

There are several Premier homes built near the intersecton of 466A and Buena Vista in the Village of Collier. I am guessing it is a model center in the making...but it could be homes built for someone.

The model like ours is left in Laurel Valley. It is a great place to live, close to everything and so many nice people doing so many things all of the time.

Gracie - I have my eye on that Seabrook in your neighborhood! Unfortunately it probably won't wait for me. It is my favorite plan. Good to hear there are some Seabrooks being built. Maybe if I miss out on the last new neighborhood there will be some resales. (We are in the process of listing our house at a ridiculous price that will hopefully mean a deal sooner rather than later...we'll see.)

Thanks Nice Map blow up to 75% makes for easy reading.

Between speaking to sales and looking at the number of available lots not only in premier but in my case cottage lots they have to open something real soon.

There are like over 500 designer lots and 130 spec homes on the market, about 25 Patio villas in the new section at Booklia.
80 CYV specs built.

< 12 premier and < cottage lots available.

My read is sections 210,216 or 226 will open next, but then again I may be totally wrong. :ohdear:
