A/C & Heating Maintenance Company
 

Looking to sign up with an A/C & Heating company for Periodic Maintenance only. Want a firm that will come out every 6 months to just check and tune things up. House only 1 1/2 years old. Companies that I am considering to date : Munns, Sun Kool, Mid-Fla and Climate Control. Will you please share your thoughts/experiences on these or other companies that offer PM service.

I just closed on my new home on May 4th. TV used Munn's when they built my home.

My A/C was installed by Sun-Kool so when I moved in, I got the 10 year warranty from them and still use them for my semi-annual service.
