The people will have their say, and it's their congressional district. They have a right to elect whichever one they choose, regardless of how much Gabby Giffords was liked on both sides of the aisle.

I liked her in office...she was always pleasant and respectful to opponents while being firm about her positions.

Barber won over Kelly. Just sets up another round in November though.
