We will be frogs the end of July
 

Our house in NJ sold quickly all the inspections are complete. Flying to FL on Tuesday and Hacienda searching in Mission Hills on Wednesday. We can't wait to move!

Frog = someone who is living in TV until they croak (as compared to a snowbird/seasonal resident or a snowflake).

Here until you croak.

frogs = residents of The Villages "until they croak." As opposed to snowbirds (seasonal -usually winter residents) and snowflakes. Hope that helps.

There are so many houses around us still on the market. We have a minor kink in moving to TV. I was there this week and I am 100% positive that the Haciendas of Mission Hills is the right place for us to move. The bad news is the stretched model we want is not currently available. There are stil 100 plus haciendas to be built so I'm we will find our new home. I was able to find a rental for the next few months so we are still on target to be frogs on Juy 22nd. :pepper2:
