This is good to know. As a brand new homeowner in Mission Hills with only two weeks to decide whether to rent long term or short term, I really need to know what options are out there for hiring someone to manage/caretake/homewatch the property for the next two/three years. What might be the best option for this particular area. This is a new adventure for us!
