Where can you find??
 

I went to physical therapy and the therapist told me to lie down on this bar made out of foam or something similar. You lie on it with back or spine perfectly alligned and it just spreads you up as to open up your rib cage. He told me to purchase one in Dicks or sports authority. I went to both stores. Neither one has it?? Does anyone know what I am talking about and where to find it??

Check on line Target may have one Its about three feet long and can be use to strech out IT bands to back, but be warned it hurts alot until you get used to it, we have them at the gym and its not my favorite 15 minutes
