The Eatery

The Eatery located by Ace Hardware on Bichara Blvd. has been one of our favorite places for breakfast. Over the past few months there has been a for sale sign posted in the restaurant. This morning we found out that they are closing. It seemed to us that this was a business that was doing fine and someone should have bought it. :cus:

In any case we now have to find our new favorite breakfast place. It could be Toojays, Little Bits, or Perkins. When I went to the Eatery I always ordered hash browns, eggs over easy, country fried steak and white toast with marmalade.

John

Thanks for the info, John. Sorry to hear they're closing up shop. If I remember right, they've been there for quite a while!!

Bill :)

that's good - and bad - to know! when i read the first story in the daily sun re flipper's intended opening i read that they will be using some of their
proceeds to support causes that are not located in nor affiliated with any american causes. while it is admirable that they choose to do so, i have not been able to get over that some of my $ might be going to support a cause out of the u s of a when there are so many admirable groups here that need financial assistance. will hafta see how i feel when we return. but thanks for the heads up!
