Is Tap A Talk Still Active?
 

Has the Tap A Talk link been deactivated? I tried to check the latest messages using Tap A Talk on my smart phone and it keep coming up with an error message that the forum has been deactivated. This may just recently happened as it was working yesterday.

What is "Tap a Talk"?

Tap A Talk is an app for smart phones that allow you to read and even reply to message forums such as TOTV.

It is a great app to kill some time while waiting for a meal in a restaurant. I got into the habit of using it and since yesterday all I get is a message that it has been deactivated. I am not sure if the admin of TOTV sis something or did not renew something so that is why I am asking if anyone knew if it was still active.

I just tested on my Tap A Talk app from my iphone and it is working.

Oh well it was nice while it lasted.

Every time I try it I get a message to contact the forum administrator as the forum has been deactivated. I even tried to deleting TOTV and re adding it but that did not work. I search on the full TOTV url and it still states the forum is deactivated.

BTW I have an android phone here.

Maybe someone else with an Android phone can test on tap a talk and we can isolate if it is an Android issue or something more specific.

I deleted the app from the phone and downloaded and installed it again and still have the same results. Also tried every url combination that I could think of for TOTV and still get the same results.

Oh well like I said it was nice while it lasted.

VG - can you make sure you have the latest version of Google play for the Android. Also we tried some things on our end. After you confirm you have the latest version can you please try again.
