Paul,:shrug: the cart you rented us broke down Saturday afternoon. You have not answered our calls, and they have gone directly to your voice mails.
We are going on to the third day with out service.
Please call us , answer your Voice Mails.
This is not the way to treat paying customers.

Who or where is Paul Hurlburt located or is just some guy in TV who decided to rent carts on his own

Sorry about your problem. Hope you do not just as another poster stated yesterday,"Just chalk it up" I would go after the guy until he makes it better.

where he keeps his carts or lives. Supposed to be a village resident. Wife has texted my wife to say husband was in hospital. She said we should put the key with the cart AND WOULD SEND US A CHECK FOR DAYS WE DIDN'T USE. tHAT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME.
the person that delivered the cart, was not Paul, so why can't that person pick it up and bring a check.
We are waiting to hear back to our request to come by with a check. No response.
Rented from another person in mean time . They say they know Paul and this is not what they would have expected from him.
Not a good way to run a business.

He could be very sick you just don,t know.She may have a lot to deal with.Cut her a little slack.If you don,t get check then go ahead and rip them.

It really does sound as though this man may truly be ill as someone who knows him tells you that this is not what they would expect from him. Some illnesses/issues are devastating and hard to wrap ones brain around. Illness is terrifying. I hope he is recovering and that you will get the right thing done once he surfaces. I bet you get of your $$ back. Optomistic? Yeah. I rarely get ripped off tho'. See what hand he was dealt and let it go.

Waiting for a resolution. Still no word or contact. Stopped taking calls. Reverse phone book reveals that he used Walgreens as his address connected to his phone number. Sure is a sign of someone out to defraud people. We have given them time, the least they could do is contact us that they intend to do the right thing.

I strongly advise people to be aware of these unreliable cart rentals. I will probably go back to The Villages Cart store from now on.
