Insomnia? - A sure fire cure....
 
If you suffer from insomnia or find it difficult to drift off to sleep, just replay tonight's Major League Baseball All-Star game ...... pleasant dreams.

Years ago I could highly recommend a book called "The Boys of Summer" as a sure-fire way to get to sleep. I never even got through a single page and was out like a light.

Does anybody else have have a sure-fire cure for insomnia? I'm sure we would all like to hear yours!
