New in Fernandina
 

We visited the Villages 3 times and the third time was the charm. We will close Friday for a patio villa on Bokeelia Pl. Not retired yet but we will spend several months in our new home next fall. It's been quite a trip for the past 30 days, esp. since we did it all long distance except purchase ALL the furniture(in fewer than 3 hours). We are looking forward to our visit. Let the countdown begin.

We have our design meeting on 8/26 and plan to be there asap after that! Lot reserved in Fernandina 205.

Congrats & welcome to all! We reserved a lot in July on Allaire Loop and have a mid-November design meeting. Although we will be part-timers to start, we are looking forward to meeting our neighbors.

We bought a lot on Abana Path, lot #20. Will build next summer!
Will be down in a couple of weeks to check out the new areas they have opened!

We bought in Fernandino on Derby Court, backs up to rec center. Will build in the spring and move in by May.

Hi Jan and Bob,
I'm your neighbor across the street at 1387 Bokeelia and I'm making settlement long distance on Sept. 7. I'll arrive mid-September. This will be my 4th trip to T.V. including a 2 month stay this past May & June. During that time I met quite a few people through dancing especially ballroom and I'm a beginner golfer. There are a million and one fun things to do and meeting nice people is certainly an important part of The Village lifestyle. I hope Fernandina turns out to be another happy village.

We have our design meeting on 8/29 and renting here in TV we will be able to watch the house go up. Lot reserved in Fernandina 215 on Brassie should be in the house mid November.
