anyone used Advanced or Magellan construction?

Used advance was not happy with there work, check with "seniors against crime". Seniors against Crime could not get them to fix what was wrong and deemed they uncooperative.

Major construction work
 

About 4 years ago we used Advanced to do a major construction job in our new home on Glenview. We are more than pleased with their work and their price. This year my neighbors wanted to do almost the same thing and shopped around for a builder, ended up using Advanced and are very happy with them too.

We have no complaints with the company. They are a local family from Oxford, highly regarded in the area. There is (or was) a Father and several sons in the construction business based in Oxford.

My neighbor is extremely difficult to work with and he had no complaints with them either.

They do have a book with photos of the jobs they have done for other people in TV and you are able to go see their work at these homes. I had people in and out for several months after they did my work.

Advanced Construction
 

We contracted with them in April 2012 and they still have not completed the job. We are VERY UNHAPPY not only with the delays but the quality of the work. Find someone else who can finish your work in a timely manner and does quality work.
