Does anyone know when the grand opening of Brownwood is?

No specific date has been announced. All reports say "this fall".

I believe City Fire is to open the beginning of October.

Last I heard was this fall and that would be for phase I. They are talking about 3 or 4 phases according to V-mail.

Hi Guys hope you are having a good summer up north, we are looking forward to coming down in October or sooner if our house sells. we are having another open house this Sunday after we lowered the price. Miss you guys Too !

what part are they talking about the theater, square, or we don't know yet

Not sure what all we be opening,, We were told in meeting yesterday, Grand Opening will be Sept 15th. I know The bank and all should be ready, They are working long hours to open it...
I do know they wanted almost all work on the square done be Friday.

Phase I is the town square with some of the businesses and entertainment.
