Home Inspector referral
 

We are in need of a home inspector soon. Has anyone used or have an opinion of Advanced Home Inspections by Robert Locke? A few that have been recommended are already booked.

Thanks for any help regarding this topic. This site has proved to be a wealth of great information; hope you can come though one more time since we are newbies in the villages.

We used Advanced Home Inspections by Robert Locke. He did an ok job and found some stuff we would have overlooked. Felt that we got our money's worth.

I used Steve at Housemaster this month. Highly recommend them. Very good and explained many things about the sprinkler systems that I didn't know. Would use them next time.:bigbow:

Using A&A Property & Home Inspection (Walter Asbach--262-325-0851). Is a Village resident & has numerous Fl. licenses. 2 of my friends used him & he turns over a folder & pics to U & the warranty dept. to get corrected. They were HIGHLY IMPRESSED & the cost this Feb. was only $150.00,

I used Tom Comer 352/255-7126 and I was extremely pleased. He was here over 3 hours and his written report was thorough and explanatory. His price was reasonable and he showed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend him.
