Accommodations for Design Meeting
 

My husband and I are coming for our design team meeting in Oct. We will be staying in accommodations near Brownwood. Has anyone stayed there? So looking forward to seeing that area.

What accommodations near Brownwood? What is the name?

The sales agent asked if we needed a place to stay. On our lifestyle preview we stayed at Creekside Landing near Lake Sumter. She said we could stay at the places near Brownwood. I was thinking this might be future lifestyle Preview accommodations.

I guess by October there will be something. That means Brownwood will be up and running ...terrific.

My sales agent said that a group of villas was built off of Buena Vista south of 466A specifically for the Lifestyle Program - they will not be on the market for sale. They have just finished all of them - this may be what your agent was referring to...

sound like the design team will be open in brownwood in october

If you cross CR466A on Buena Vista at the first traffic circle there is a villa community that looks about finished. They have different color walls and roofs, so it looks more like Creekside Landing. I was wondering why they haven't listed those yet. Across the circle from the villas on the left is the new Evans Prairie Club House which also looks close to completion.
