Single and Mingle speed date night
 

This looks like a fun night, thought I would share it with all you singles. I know Petrina is a very good entertainer so it sounds like fun! :wave:

What's a speed date?

Did this when I was single ( many moons ago)
It's lots of fun. Basically, you sit at a table with one person for two minutes or so, a bell rings,you move to the next table, talk to that single for 2 minutes and keep moving on.
At the end of the night, you have met with several other singles and then mingle and get to know more.

if I can not find a date, maybe some good friends!

Exactly...sometimes its not about the perfect match, but you find someone that you might want to just hang out with as friends.

I think it is a good place to meet people who are there for the same reason you are!

OK, here's one single guy that's going. Does the speed dating start at 5 or later in the evening?

Where I came from this was a very short fad that didn't last very long with the younger bar crowd (21-30). It was just more of a bar game and not taken serious. As a single male and a newbie, I wouldn't even consider it.:wave:
