A New DJ on WVLG evening program
 

Is it me or does the new DJ on the evening show stink? His prattle is worse than all the other DJ's combined and his delivery is more so. In my opinion the only one worse was Daisy Moon and she seems to finally be long gone.

I am sure they are doing there best but like anything else you can't please everyone at the same time, just in bits and pieces ....

Kathleen Kane is the only one I like...very engaging, smooth, beautiful voice. The others are "prattle", just as o.p. said. "Prattle" is the perfect word for it.

I agree 100%. I assume Kathleen Kane was/is a well respected radio personality in real life.

I usually do not listen to the Villages radio station but really liked Kathleen Kane today. At least, the part I listened to from 1 PM to 2 PM, July 1, 2014.

The night time DJs all sound like amateurs. Reminds me of a high school radio station.

Speaking of this, I noticed on Saturday night two weeks ago they were playing all kinds of new music. It sounded mostly like stuff from the past five or ten years. Really horrible stuff. I always listen to WVLG in my car, but that night I had to turn it off.

How many times does PC the cat need to advertise??
Maybe they have a great product but I don't enjoy listening to the cat sounds.

I agree with D&Lsunfun. I have a Par Car but the guy talking to the cat (PC) is creepy.

It's called revenue..and in ALL radio stations REVENUE RULES!
