Could it Happen??

Just a thought.
Is there any possibility that Hillary Clinton could be named Vice President before or at the Democratic Convention??

That's President Obama's ace up his sleeve.

Thought she was done with politics?

I agree and both Biden and Clinton are interchangeable which would be a great asset and one which would be a sure thing for November.

Nope

why would she burden her future by being VP to a lame duck POTUS?

If he loses with her then what?
If he should by some miracle win she is at the mercy of what the lame duck does with no re-election to consider.

So no....she can be a hero on her own and stay out of it and come back in much better shape for 2016.

good idea

the fact is that clinton was supposed to be the nominee in 2008, but obama sabotaged the process by prematurely promoting himself before he was ready to take on the job. he knew that he was a sure thing to be elected, so he went for it even though it was not his time.
it will probably be clinton's destiny to clean up the mess that obama inherited and was woefully unprepared to cope with it.
but, romney is an even worse prospect.

I don't think so. Hillary will wait to run against Romney, and try to deny him a second term.

I find that rather hard, if not impossible, to believe.

That might be slightly more possible, in my opinion, if she were running for President; but I think that would just bring out more Democrats who'll be sitting on their vote this November.

If the polls change and show Obama trailing, I think Biden will develop a mystery illness (another way of saying get thrown under the bus) and Hillary will agree for the good of the nation and thus be set for 2016.

Guest 08-11-2012 10:20 PM

people who disagree with how Obama has handled the country will not be duped into re-electing him because of Clinton as his VP.....if she has to wait till 2016 why would she tarnish her reputation by being VP to a lame duck ineffective POTUS.

Voting for Obama just because she is on the ticket is really not a justification for anything except more of the same = more deteoration of America....nah Clinton is too smart to be a part of it.

I agree with you 100%!! The party ran over her..it was her time, not his.

That would be out of desperation and why would you want to be that desperate, when you are you make grave mistakes.
