Posting a message with a link
 

As a newbie I attempted to post a link to an article and received a message indicating something to the efffect that my link might indicate SPAM. The message further stated that one has to have a particular number of posts before he/she is allowed to post a link.

Can anyone explain the SPAM reference and also is there a set number of posts one must have before it's OK to post links?

You can post a link at any number of posts, (at least to my knowledge).

Ity sounds like that link is infected and will not allow you to post.

This is why you can't post. I think the number is 10 but you need to research the forum.
