RV's at Laural Manor
 

The last couple of weeks I have noticed a grouping of RV's and motor homes in the parking lot at the Laural Manor Rec Center. Anybody know what they are there for? Is TV redoing one of the RV parking areas and this is the overflow or temp parking?

Same thing at La Hacienda last week.

Maybe they feel safer there, then in shopping plaza. Probably visiting people. I see no problem

I have had several phone calls/emails inquiring as to what is going on with all of the Motor Homes in the Laurel Manor (most of them with FOR SALE signs in the windows. I guess most of us are aware the there are two storage lots in The Villages for RVs, travel trailers, boats, etc... well these two areas are in need of repaving so it was decided that one of them would be repaved during the first two weeks of this month and that the RVs and such that are being stored there would be temporarily relocated to the Laurel Manor parking lot and one other Rec Center parking lot... when the first storage area has been repaved, the units will be returned to their original location and those from the second lot will temporarily replace them at the two Rec Centers. All of this should be completed by the end of this month.

Thanks Chuckw... That's exactly what I was thinking. I agree there is no problem and I knew they weren't visitors as someone else suggested because many of them have "The Villages RV Club" plates on the front. Just curious!
