Garage floor designs, Concrete Creations, no follow-up
 

We had Concrete Creations do our garage floor AND lanai. They did a great job . . . but when battery acid recently marred our floor, I could not get Concrete Creations to make the repair, or even give an estimate. The answer was, "I don't have time." So . . . good job initially, but no follow up.

well thats an appointment for us to cancel...thanks for the info

My guess is that a repair job is way more complicated than an initial application, and they have lots of business in the pipeline.
