TV Sales Agents?
 

:wave: Do the Villages realtors that show new homes only show new, and the ones that show resales only show resales? Or do they all do both? Thanks:wave:

They show both new and used

They show both, but make more when they sell new. It's a fact - was going to work for them.

TV sales agents sell all of the new homes and the only the resales that are listed with TV.

to just expound one step further on pturner's info, you will need an outside mls realtor or two in order to see the listings that are not for sale thru the villasge realty.

i am only looking at preowned and gave us no problems about showing us new

preowned homes
 

Check Focus on The Villages for resales the villages sales people cannot show you. MLS listings.

Properties listed with outside (realtors other than TV) can only be shown by outside realtors, not TV realtors. Cindy Wise is an excellent outside realtor. Good Luck

Our realtor could show new or used properties being sold by the villages. If its an outside realtor I believe you would have to make other arrangements.

I can think of only one outside realtor I would even consider having. This whole yard sign issue sure opened my eyes to some outside realtors with whom I could never do business..

I never wanted to use a realtor if I could avoid it, and you can really sell your own home easily here. Costs 700 bucks and change for McLinn and Burnsed to handle the legal issues and if you clean it up pretty and get rid of extra stuff, and look at what other homes the same as yours are selling for and price it correctly, your home in The Villages will sell in a very short time and you and the buyer are money ahead.
