IMO these missteps are part of a strategic plan to replace VP Joe Biden with Sec of State Hillary Clinton before the convention in September. Make it look like Biden may be coming down with the early stages of Alzheimers.

If that is the case (Biden) then he has had this problem wih Alzheimers for many many years !
