Started building my home in Fernandina
 

Hi,

Last week, my lot was dirt, this week, there's a house on it. I'll be posting the progress in my Albums each week. If you want to watch them build a Lilac in Fernandina, go check it out. I think if you just go visit my page, you can see it.

How exciting! Would love to watch your progress! We are in Fernandina too, section 206. What section and lot number are you? We will build next summer.

We're in section 205 - lot 126. It's on Allaire Loop.

It's really AMAZING. I thought in the first week, I'd get a slab, and maybe the next week some walls. I was OVERJOYED when I got the pictures, and a whole house was there.

Good luck. We are building in Fernandina as well on Brunell Street.
Don't have a designer meeting till early January so it should go fast after that.

Hi, our house was just finished a week ago in Fernandina on Abana Path. Start was June 26 and finished Aug 12. How do they do it, wow. Loved getting pictures every week and one of our future neighbor would send us updates when they went to check on their house. We close next week. Can't wait.

The pics look amazing! So much in such a short period of time. Our friends who are building on Yardley are down in TV now and sent pics of our lot which included a "glimpse" of your house, plus they started building on the lot between us already. The neighborhood is starting to come together. Looking forward to seeing the progress on your home. Thanks for sharing! I know that the excitement is definitely shared by everyone as well.

Hi, Al and Kim. We're building next door to you on lot 125! Are you coming down to The Villages any time soon? We'd love to get together. We've already met some of the neighbors on our side of the street.

We may be able to get there before closing, but we're not sure yet. We have a lot going on to get ready for moving. We'll definitely be there sometime after closing and the latest November 1st. I'll let you know if we get there for a visit. We can meet up at Bonifay.

How exciting, thank you for sharing, that was a very nice thing to do, enjoyed the pictures. Were meeting with the designers on 9/6, and they say our house will be ready to close 11/16, were in Unit 205, Village of Fernadina, on Hollyhock way. Can't wait to leave the north and go south, never lived outside of this area, will be interesting, but can't wait to enjoy the weather. Again THANK YOU.

Congrats, Al and Kim. We started building in Fernandina, section 206, Greywood Lane, mid July and are scheduled to close Sept 25. We never thought we would ever look forward to Monday morning, the progress is amazing. Looking forward to meeting everyone!!
