Purchased site in Fernandina
 

Husband wanted me to ask if there are restrictions on putting outside Christmas lights on our home.

If people visit us in their motorhome...where can they park it?

PS. We are keeping our NH home and snowbirding in Villages Oct to May beginning 2013. Eventually may make Fernandina our only home. Just a thought for now though...

Yes to Christmas lights. YES. Big time yes, no restrictions that I know of.:a040::coolsmiley:

I think friends can park their motor home in your drive for 24 hours but I am not sure. For a long stay, maybe rent a space at the mobile home park?

My husband Richard will be sooooo happy to find out about the Christmas lights. I call him "Chevy Chase" sometimes. ha ha We are renting at Beachwinds for 6 months as we committed to this but we will be back and forth to the Villages especially in Nov & January. January we have a design team appointment for our Iris in Fernandina.

I have been reading the posts for a year now and you are one of the nicest people virtually and I am sure "in person" too.

Hi All, I love this very informative site. My husband and I have our design session next week starting on Sept. 5. We purchased a lot in Fernandina Section 205. Haven't sold our house in Connecticut yet but moving forward with our new home in The Villages. We can't wait to move in!

You are so right about Graciegirl. She also brings out the best in us. And she is really really funny too. :) BTW: I have sent you a pm.
