Physical Therapy
 

I am in need of physical therapy for an injury to my knee. I need the recommendation for a facility where I can receive treatment because I am in new in TV. I have used Lake Centre for Rehab in Sumter Landing and was not pleased with the fact that in 9 weeks I saw the physical therapist once ..when I was initially evaluated. Has anyone had a positive experience with a PT group in the area....I will even consider groups outside TV.

I am so sorry for your bad experience at our Lake Sumter office and have made note of this and forwarded it to my office manager so to allert our owners. Just to let you know, Lake Centre does have other facilities in the Villages, one at Mulberry Grove and one next to the Sharon Morris buliding on 441 near the Villages Hospital. It is possible to request to have just ONE therapist although due to scheduling and it can become difficult at times. I do hope you may reconsider and try us again, but maybe another facility within LCR may better fit your needs.

I went toFlorida Rehabiliation Specialists on old Dixie hwy in lady
Lake for my shoulder. I saw a therapist named Jim. He was wonderful. They are located by the lady lake library. I have talked to some of my neighbors and they have nothing but praise for the therapists there. In fact one neighbor had a hip replacement andthey came to her house for her therapy. Hope that helps.
