If you were going to mail a Netflix DVD back to the company today and you lost it, I found it in the street and mailed it for you.

Often one puts something of the roof of the car or cart while getting in and forgets about it. Done that myself.

Oh also, it looks like it's been run over a few times but we'll let Netflix deal with that.

Happened to me too. Luckily I just did a u-turn and picked up the DVD before another cart could run over it.

lol! I just got a visual of some poor soul in the mail room at Netflix opening this flat DVD! Wonder how many of these they get every day. I'll bet more than you'd think!

I imagine Netflix DVDs get a lot of abuse. They must check them pretty thoroughly because you seldom get one that's unwatchable.

Uhm ..... every single DVD I've ever seen is already flat. :p I bet the DVD is OK, just a crushed case. But, then again .............
