Not sure what other items you'll have besides sheets, but let me suggest towels! We were at TV in May and a unexpected rain came while we were away from the cart. I looked everywhere to buy a towel to dry the seats. All I could find was a small golf towel at the merchantile, but needed something a little bigger.

From the posts I've read and from our 9 visits over the years, we've never seen sheets at vendor nights. Good luck with your quest!

I've not seen anyone selling sheets at vendor night.

Some info about vendor requirements (this info is about a year old):

You must provide your own 10 x 10 white tent, (quiet) generator, lights and table(s).
Price for a spot is $30 per night.
You must commit to a minimum of one night per week, and you pay for 4 weeks in advance.
Items sold must be approved by TV Entertainment Dept.

And while Tammy didn't tell me this...I've spoken to some vendors and they have told me that you still have to pay for your spot, even if vendor night is cancelled due to weather.
