Snowbird needs caretaker for home in the Villages
 
Just purchased a home in Sabal Chase, won't be down until late October, need a caretaker for periodic checks of our home. Any suggestions are appreciated. Ken

Check out safehomewatchservice. I also am a snow bird, they e mail U a weekly report on your home! Mary & Ed Edwards are GREAT! They live in the Villages & charge $40.00

I live in Sabal Chase. If your home is close to us I'll watch it for you. I worked at the jail in Bushnell and I live here year round.

I agree on everything you've stated! We used Mary and Ed's service until we moved here permanently. They even let us know when they saw an unauthorized vehicle parked in our driveway!

I would only suggest to get one that is licensed and bonded...check with your home owners insurance and see what they tell you about it.
