Unavailable Lots
 

We are interested in a lot the Villages lists as unavailable on the website. Our salesperson told us a spec home will be built on the lot.
Has anyone able to purchase a lot which was listed as unavailable instead of waiting for a spec house to be built?

I am not surprised because of the backlog in design. I would not be surprised in the near future to see all designer homes built as "spec" homes as they were just a few years ago in TV.
