My husband's family had a summer home in Land o Lakes.

My family (now me) has property on Little Lake St Germaine! I have not been there in years, and am currently building here. Live in the north suburbs of Chgo now.

Years ago the mayor of the town next to ours in Illinois was accused of selling used police cars and putting the money in his pocket. He went up to the Eagle River area and became a mayor of a small town up there - his name was Ken Clark. Anyone from that area heard of him?
