Is that a group over ninety that plays pickleball?

Probably.

I believe that's P90X is a workout and nutritional program, Gracie....an extreme workout program if I'm not mistaken.

Maybe if you do the AGGRESSIVE P90x workout program, you'll live to be 90 years old and still be able to sign your name (x) legibly.

Or drive your '90 car around the square without hitting pedestrians in the intersection (x).

Tell us about it. Gene wants me to drive my car at the square without hitting anyone when I'm 90. 90 is the new 40 here in TV..how about 120? What with the diet regimin and this ...We may never vacate our houses.

Props go out to you my friend if you are in your 50's,60's, +, and are doing this workout program! You have to do a ton of chin-ups in this program. I’m still haunted by my 6th grade gym class. At the beginning of the semester, all the students took part in a physical fitness test. Part of the test included a visit to the old chin-up bar. Are you doing this program now? Or just asking about it ?

P90x = 90 chin-ups with a snapping alligator (x) just below your dangling feet waiting for you to fall.
P = wetting your pants thinking about the alligator.

Now that the comedians and critics have taken their shot at your post which is one of the reasons I don't contribute here often anymore I perhaps may address your post.

Yes I would be interested in doing some p90x sessions at a recreation center here in The Villages. If you or others are interested in doing this feel free to pm (private mail) me via this system.

If there is interest I will check into the rec-centers to see how it can be worked out.

I was trying to see if there was any interest or current groups in the villages. I am not sure I know how to send private message. Please send me one and I will reply. I would definetly like to join a morning group.

Or... P90x = 90 days around the world in your Packard automobile with a smokey tailpipe (x).

Have you ever tried the Insanity program,it's very intense and only 60 days instead of 90.No equipment needed and it's easy to modify the exercises and skip portions that are just too difficult. It's a great cardio workout .

Indy-Guy, I'd be interested in a P90 workout class....I bet if you were able to secure a rec center and time slot, you would be surprised at the turn out.
