question about cable in Fernandina
 

we are moving to Ridgewood Path in Fernandino in two weeks. We are trying to set up cable/internet/tv with Brighthouse but are having difficulty - they apparently don't have service there yet from what they are telling us, but I think I have seen others post they have this service south of 466A.

If you live in Fernandino who do you use?

I ran into a field tech for Brighthouse outside of our new build in Gilchrist last week and he said that they were active there. He made a phone call to someone else who confirmed that they are in the area and are supposed to be doing "system smoothing" this week. We close next Thurs and I'm going with Brighthouse.

Yes, call Paul as stated above. He is customer service to the max! I helped my parents switch from Comcast to Brighthouse and Paul was terrific. He even called ME 3 weeks later to see if my parents Cable was going well, because they would have called me pronto had they not been happy...trust me....

I wish that brighthouse would set up here in the older section of the villages. Comcast is nothing but a headache. Customer service when you call is horrible. The girls at the office in Summerfield are great. I feel sorry for them when customers come in there after talking to someone on the phone in a rage.please brighthouse come here and give Comcast some competition. Rates just went up on my last bill.

We bought 1381 Bokeelia. We have triple play service through Comcast and they have a special for $106 per month for a year. They installed it without us being there. Good luck and hope to meet you
