Hi neighbors,

Just wondering if there is anyone out there. I don't see any of my new neighbors but I must admit that I have been busy shopping and getting the new home together. Are there any social gatherings of the Bokeelia patio villas people; if so, please include me. I'm at 1387 Bokeelia and I just moved in on Tuesday. Thank you.

Alas, I am building in Gilchrist but I am certain you will have many awesome neighbors in Bokelia! Welcome and enjoy your new home! How exciting for you!!

We have a lot on Ridgewood, we'll be there all this coming week, perhaps we'll see ya

Just wondering? Do the patio villas have a fence behind them if the lots back up to cottage homes? :shrug:

No they do not, some R spaced further apart than others a lot R built not maybe over 100 in #215

Some back up to designers as well

Hello neighbor. We just finished furnishing our patio villa at 1381 Bokeelia. We are not living there yet but hope to rent for maybe 6 months. I retire in June and hope to make this our second home. Where are you from? Good luck in your new home and keep in touch. Bye for now

Are we next door neighbors? The next time out I'll have to look at which house is 1381. Glad to hear from you.

I just retired in May and moved here 9/17 from the Phila suburbs. I met the people across the street from me at 1388 (Karen & Jim from Mass.) and that is it thus far. I think everyone is in the "get the house together mode" so they don't have time for socializing yet. I hope it becomes more active as folks settle in. I will live in both places for a few years just because I miss my little grandchildren (5 mos. to 7 yrs). Hope to see you in person soon.

I spend some of my time with my daughter in Bucks County (Richboro) and the rest with my mother in Mt. Laurel, NJ. However I lived most of my life in northeast Phila near Woodhaven & I95.

looking at house at 1410 bokeelia and castlegate tomorrow will be signing contract on one of them. Hope to meet all my possible new neighbors. I am from Ma also

Good luck with whichever one you choose. I found this to be a convenient location because we are right between Morse and Buena Vista the two major arteries. It took me 10 minutes to get to Sumter Landing tonight and we'll be very close to the new square when it opens this Fall.

Take a look at the last two on Empire left or right, they have a bit of privacy.

Socializing in Bokeelia?
 

I need to stay home and find out if people actually live in Bokeelia. Is anybody organizing any get togethers? Does anybody golf? Play cards? Bocce or shuffleboard? Any ideas to share? Let's make something happen.
