N of Pinellas off Dafoe, they are building like crazy, several versions of some models, over 100 workers ants.

I guess it will be done by the end of October mid Nov the latest.

Jimbo, do you know if these will be the newer models you were previously talking about?

yes they are. I looking in the windows on several, and one WP had the garage door open begging us to look around.

My sales agent said they were all spec homes not models

are they the cottage homes that you can't pick your own stuff?

Our rep did say they were going to build new models out in the new areas and close out and sell the current ones here in sanibel. Expected them to go on the market in a few months times. Guess need to go over and check them out. :)

I don't think he/she is correct, they are super detailed out the mix of models don't look like spec's at all.

Foundations and patio lanai's are all painted, that's not done on specs.

The Spec homes are the cottage models e/o Buenna Vista Blvd. The new model section is the Designer Homes. There have been a few changes. There are also a FEW designer SPEC. homes in the sections they're trying to close out.
