We're renting a house in October. Can anyone recommend a really fabulous restaurant near The Villages? Looking for something upscale......

I went to Bonefish for my b-day. The service and food quality is top notch. Is that upscale enough for you?

We went to Arnold Palmer's last year and it was excellent! I hear Nancy Lopez is very good also.

In The Villages Nancy Lopez is probably the best. Going outside TV, Cuvee in Ocala is the best restaurant in the area. To get something better you will have to go to Orlando or Tampa.

The Brazilian restaurant in Ocala is supposedly good and upscale.
 
Ipanema Brazilian Steak House

I heard that Pisces Rising in Mt. Dora is also very good but I have not personally been there for 4 years or so. http://www.piscesrisingdining.com/Home.html

Goblin Restaurant in Mt Dora. Funny name but you won't be disappointed
