Looks wonderful! Congrats on the new home!!! All of us that are here need to get together when you get settled. We're taking deliveries all day today and trying to empty out the storage unit later this week. Now your fun begins!!!

Thank you everyone!!! We are so excited. We're closing by mail, but I think we'll be there by Oct 17th. I'm so grateful to be able to have a home again. And what an AMAZING place to live. I'm truely blessed. Thank you Jesus!!!!

We have a home in Fernandina as well. It is a patio Villa on Bokeelia Pl. (YIKES what a name). We are only part timers so we hope to rent for 6 months. I retire in June and then we will come down more often.

Beautiful house and thanks for sharing the pictues--we're coming down 10/15 for our design meeting to start our build of an Iris--we'll be watching from afar (Cleveland) and hope to be full timers by next year as won't want to be away from a brand new house for so long. Best of luck and hope to meet when we move down. Mary and Jim
