Cost of additional concrete pad

beside our lanai there's a 9x16 grass spot I want to have a pad added.

Anyone recall the up charge on additional concrete work by the size or sq ft?

And if done at the build or later

We enlarged the small cement landing to the patio door to a 10' x 12' slab. It cost $254 to add it to our new home construction. We also made our driveway wider so the golf cart could drive straight in. That was $341. Don't know if the model matters. We built a Lilac.

Great, thanks,
those costs are very reasonable.

Jimbo, we also added a concrete pad for the bar-b-que off our extended lanai to the end of our home and also had our driveway go straight down from the golf cart garage and it was in the range of 600. We did it while building and thought it was very reasonable.

Do you know if you can widen the driveway after the home is built. No one told me the driveway could be widened but its a great idea.

Sure why not? Just run it by ARC.

Have seen it done several places. And at that price...do it!

Architectural Review Committee

I just walked in with plans to informally discuss a project and they gave me a few requirements, easy to work with.

If you want to forward I think you'll need a site plan indicating your change.

Then they'll will tell U if you need a building permit, I doubt it.

Simple process

Thanks Jeff and Jimbo, I'm going to look into it.
