Car rentals
 

Will be doing some traveling before the end of year. Anyone have any luck finding some good web site with good rates for rentals.

Most of what I hear says that Enterprise will definitely give you the best deal.

My daughter and son-in-law rented from them for their stay for six days last month. I have no clue as to what they paid, but they:
** Got a brand-new car (started out at less than 6 miles)
** Got a built-in SunPass reader (and four trips TV-Orlando and Space Center-TV) must have added up!

I've heard tales that renters can spend less on a one-way Orlando Airport to The Villages rental than by taking The Villages Transportation's shuttle!

Hertz and Budget both have good deals. I've had better luck with Budget the last couple of years. The ones in airports are usually more expensive because the airport charges them more for rent. Simple economics.

We rent from Orlando Internatiol Airport at least 4 times a year. I try to book early as the prices go up the closer you get to your dates. Alamo or Enterprise have been the best for us, but prices change often. Keep checking everyday before you leave. I typically view on Priceline to get a good idea what all prices are, then go to the companies site to do actual booking. Good luck.
