Pest control services provided by superior best control
 

We are in the process of purchasing a home in The Villages. I have obtained several prices for pest control, lawn fertilization, shrub maintenance and termite protection. Superior Pest Control in Ocala has the best price when you purchase the first 3 services above and add on the termite protection. After the initial termite application and fee there is no additional charge as along as you maintain the contract for the first three services. Has anyone had any experience with this company? If so, was it positive or negative, and what was the nature of that experience?

after having several providers (the better known ones), we went to Superior. Have had them now for 3 years. They boasted we would have one of if not the best looking lawn...they have done it.

When you need a recall for anything they are there the next day....and they are the lowest price and in many cases by a lot of $$$.

Superior has been in the Villages for over 17 years. They do a great job.
I have used them for over 3 years. My grass is Green!

A year ago, I thought my lawn would need to be re-sodded. They saved it. They also did a great job getting rid of a major indoor ant problem entailing multiple visits. I have their total package and am very satisfied.

We closed on our house 7/27 and signed up with Superior who was recommended by a friend. She said her lawn looks better than her neighbors, so I called them. Glad I did. We are in NY, and I just got an e-mail from the salesman we worked with, Rich, last week. He said our lawn looks great and even sent me pictures. So far, so good. We got the whole package too. Thought it was a good deal.
