Need attic stairway installed
 
We are closing on a CYV in Mission Hills on November 5 and will need to have an attic pull-down stairway installed in our garage. Any recommendations for contractors?

Tim the Toolman (Tim Miller) is very good, reasonable, and used by many with high recommendation. I was very happy with his install. He also does many more things like garage floors, etc. his number escapes me.

Got ours from Lowe's and had their team install. Did a great job.
