Brownwood questions

would anyone know if brownwood is going to be selling homes there? is the village going to be called Brownwood or another name? and is there any time frame for the homes for sale? thank in advance!!!!

There's a fabulous sales office there now.

Brownwood is the name of the Square. Although I'm not sure about the boundaries, I think it services a large area bounded by 466A to the north, CR44 to the south, Leesburg/Wildwood? limits to the east, and I think Powell Road to the west. Not exact about this but close. However, Brownwood is only the name of the Square where all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment are clustered.

There are many so called "Villages" within the Brownwood area. "Villages" is another name for subdivisions. Hope this helps.

On the planning map I don't see any village named Brownwood.

None called Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs either. There is one called Bridgeport at Lake Sumter.

Brownwood is the name of the town/square, like Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. There is no village of Brownwood.

Brownwood, also being called Paddock Square is a new town center, not neighborhood. Just like Lake Sumter Landing, called Market Square and Spanish Springs.

I had thought that it is called Paddock Square at Brownwood (shortened to Brownwood). There will be villages built close to it just as with the other 2 squares!!

Paddock Square is the entertainment location within the town center of Brownwood.
