Sending e-mail going to spam
 
I can't send e-mail to my friends for about a week it goes to their spam folder. It looks like cloudmark is giving it a score of 100 which is span. Centurylink doesn't have a clue, they said to call cloudmark. Do I have a virus? Any thoughts?

When you send mail, are you sending it to many, many email addresses all at once? This can sometimes be marked as spam.
