Rental form
 
Looking for a sample month to month rental form if anyone can share. We're new to villages but have a rental on lake Sumter

Staples has them along with instructions. Florida requires certain clauses that may not be included in a general rent form.

If you're new to managing a rental, don't forget that you need to collect county and state sale's tax. In Lake County, it is a total of 11%, but I think Sumter County is different.
