I believethat it has to be for at least three months but less than nine months once a year. It cost $15 a month during shutoff.

I'm not sure about the seasonal service but we've had the Brighthouse phone, internet and tv service for about a month and I'm very satisfied with the service.

If you search for a TOTV thread you'll find one posted by Paul Munoz who is a sales rep for the company. He was very helpful when I was trying to set up the service and even arranged for a discount on the bill.

The service people showed up when scheduled and were polite and efficient. I can't say enough nice things about the people and the company. Paul will certainly be able to give you a price on whatever services you desire!

I just received an email from brighthouse, which said they don't offer service for zip code 32162. They would have been my first choice. I guess it will be DIRECTV.

Hi, I am the local rep for Bright House Networks. I can answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to call or email me.

We do offer what we call a seasonal plan. This allows you to put your equipment into a "sleep mode" while you are out of town. This plan works especially well for, excuse the term, snowbirds. This allows you have your services active and working while you are here, but then put them into sleep mode while you are back up north. There are a few stipulations, though. Your services must be in sleep mode for a minimum of 3 months and can only be in sleep mode for a maximum of 9 months. They can be put into seasonal mode once every 11 months. This means that if you are here this year Nov - March you can put your plan into the seasonal mode for April - October. However you wouldn't be able to use seasonal mode again until February of the next year.

Hopefully, that answers most of your questions, but if it is not clear or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to help however I can.

Thanks!
Paul
