Tile/Grout cleaning recommendations?
 

The previous owners of my house here in Poinciana apparently put a coat of wax on the tile floor, which is a no-no. Now we need to have it professionally stripped and finished.

I've obtained two quotes that are relatively close price-wise. Does anyone have any experience with these two firms?
