Somewhat unrelated but...
Many years ago my husband had double lung surgery. His scars traversed along both wing bones. One day, while my hubby had no shirt on, a small boy who knew us asked, "Mr. Snyder where did you get those scars?" My husband calmly replied "Well, I was born an angel. And when I came to live on earth, God took my wings off!" The next time he saw my husband he said "Look, Mommy! There's the angel!" And he was right....
